Professional-Use Policy

Customers of The Best Beauty Moments agree not to resell our products for distribution outside a licensed professional salon. Unauthorized resale may result in your account being suspended, ended, or terminated.

Return Window

Our standard return window is up to 10 days from the date of purchase. After that, the following restock fees apply:

Within 10 days No fee

Days 11 – 30 10% restock fee

Days 31 – 45 15% restock fee

After 45 days No returns accepted

Exclusions & Fees

Items on special order are final sale — no returns or refunds.
A $45.00 fee applies to returned checks (NSF).

How to Request a Return

Pro accounts can initiate a return from their order history inside the showroom. Walk-in customers can contact us directly with the order number and a brief reason for the return.
