  • 🏢 Salon / Spa Owner (with business license + proof of operation)

Licenses must be valid (not expired) and issued by your state's Department of Business & Professional Regulation or equivalent authority.

To complete your Pro account application you'll need:

  • License proof — a clear photo or scan of your active state license
  • Florida ID or government-issued photo ID
  • For students: school enrollment letter + expected graduation date
  • For salon/spa owners: business license or EIN documentation
  • Tax ID (optional) — required only if applying for tax-exempt status

All documents are reviewed manually and kept strictly confidential.

Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your account is approved or if we need any additional information.

To speed things up, make sure your license photo is clear and all fields in the application are complete.

school Can students apply for a Pro account? expand_more

Yes! We support students enrolled in accredited cosmetology or esthetics programs. You'll need to provide:

  • Your school's name and program
  • Expected graduation date
  • Enrollment verification letter from your school

Student accounts receive access to professional pricing during the program and automatically upgrade to a full Pro account once you obtain your license.

Tax exemption is typically granted to licensed professionals purchasing for resale, not personal use. Approval is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If your application is denied, you'll receive an email explaining why. Common reasons include:

  • Illegible document photos
