We only collect information you choose to give us. Specifically:

Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject, and message — used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Pro account application: name, business / salon name, address, phone, date of birth, email, password (stored as a one-way hash), professional license details (or school + graduation date for students), Florida ID, and tax ID (optional) — used to verify your professional eligibility and operate your wholesale account.
Order history: the products you order, quantities, prices, payment method, and store credit balance — used to fulfill orders, track payment plans, and process returns.
Connection metadata: your IP address is used briefly for rate-limiting on the contact form (no IP is stored beyond seven days).

How We Use Your Information

Respond to your inquiries and applications.
Verify your professional license or student enrollment so we can grant wholesale pricing.
Process and fulfill orders, returns, and payment plans.
Send transactional emails (order confirmations, password reset links, contact form acknowledgments) — never marketing without your consent.

Where Your Data Is Stored

All account data, orders, and uploaded license / ID documents are stored on our own server infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies & Sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember language preference. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. The site sits behind Cloudflare, which sets its own security cookies — see Cloudflare's policy for details.

Your Choices

You can update your account information (or your password) at any time from your Pro Account profile.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at the address below.
You can opt out of any non-transactional email by replying to ask us to stop.

Children's Privacy

The site is intended for licensed beauty professionals and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
